"My kids loved the Family Loft Room. PS5 in the room was perfect. Drinking water too. Hotel had Ping Pong table. Enjoyed with my kids. Staff was very polite and helpful. On my first day Mr. Fattah at the reception was helpful. Even the staff in the breakfast hall was polite. At th restaurant too. Enjoyed the stay. "

"Excellent service. For example i was due to check in at 3pm but arrived a lot earlier then that so after a short wait they let me check in early. The food is excellent. The breakfast buffet has an abundant variety of both delicious local dishes and western. Really good location too. "

"There is very little soundproofing at this hotel. You can hear the noise from the room next door and also from the hallway. If you want peace and quiet, this hotel is not ideal. Also, cleanliness could be better, there was hair everywhere in the room and they only provide 2 body towels, no hand or face towels. Lastly, the elevators are very slow. There are only 3 elevators for 39 floors, you will have to wait at least 5 minutes each time you want to use it. Only positive is that wifi worked well during the stay."
