"Had the best stay ever!! Staffs were very courteous, kind, polite, sincere and smiling always. The resort was huge but there are free buggy services available. We were greeted by a huge front lobby and a very warm welcome by a concierge staff named Danial. He explained to us in details about the resorts, open timing of some facilities and etc. Resort have 3 swimming pools. The main one comes with a kids' pool. We enjoyed ourselves on all 3 of them. Kids will have fun with a to feed the goats and also an indoor activity place with lots of programme for them. We got a room facing their 2nd swimming pool. Room was clean, big and cosy. The outside of our room was kampung-like but the inside is very modern. Clean drinking water was provided in the room in sealed glass bottle. You can just call room service for free top up of those. Resort is accessible to beaches. Around 10mins walk to Cenang Beach Walk. Beaches are clean with white soft sands. A lot of eating places along the beach. Cenang mall is also near."

"This hotel was great and we really enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful place and being on a quiet bay really added to the experience. The staff were all so kind and polite. It's in a great location as well for easily going out to explore the island if you take a taxi. I'm a vegetarian and managed to find enough to eat across the week for all our meals, though some of the labelling/ingredients were confusing but when I raised this the staff were always happy to talk and help. June is more of a quiet season and we did get a rain storm at some point almost every day, but we like the quieter feel and didn't mind the storms."

"Most enjoyable stay for so many reasons. While the property is a bit dated, it is very well maintained. It is rather out of the way, but the fact it is nestled between the sea in the front and forest behind, I did not mind the drive. You can experience either the serenity of the sea or sounds of the forest, depending on the chalet you choose to stay in. Housekeeping is excellent, services offered is extensive, food quality and options are amazing, staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. Many small things like loanable amenities, having two sinks in the bathroom, refillable minibar, generous bathroom, no plastic bottles used, balcony with a sunset view, ever present security guards etc. made our stay so very memorable."
