"It seems very dated. Our room had bad plumbing. The shower drain was so slow that by the time you finished showering you were standing in 4 inches of water. The water coming out of the showerhead was either intolerably hot or tired of the cold. It took three or four minutes before you could find a decent temperature and if you left the shower in that position to turn on the next day, you had to start the whole process over again. We complain to the staff the first day and they said they would fix it but never did. There was usually only one worker at the front desk and there was a long line to speak to that person so we didn’t complain a second or third time."

"Wonderful property close to all the places that are downtown. They are pushy about booking the next stay at another property in the future which I thought was kinda of crazy and would have have been nice to have a person to book families with tours instead. I would have loved an easier way to order food for children at night on a menu. A lot of money I felt was spent by the hotel on just crap at night for kids. Then we still had to find a place to go eat with fussy tired kids or order door dash. The breakfast was great for the family. All and all it was a great time. Do not waste money on a rental car. You can Uber or taxi anywhere you want to go with a car load of kids and car seats way cheaper than renting a car and paying 77 dollars a day to park your car at the hotel over night. They quoted us 30 a day but that is street parking not hotel parking. Lots of hidden fees. I hopes this helps you out. "

"Great location for going to shows at Echostage - short walk. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly & helpful. Only complaint is having to pay for parking in their own lot."
