The stop #1 for all tours is half a block away. Staff is friendly and helpful and problem solvers. The restaurant open early for breakfast and has a cozy bar for a couple of drinks. An excellent choice if you visit Reykjavik. "

"My father and I just had a recent stay at Hotel Borg for three nights. We were very upset with the service from the housekeeping staffs looking after our room. When we first arrived to our room, we found out that our welcome fruit basket was empty. That was not what we expected to see at a (5-star?) luxury hotel (as stated on the hotel’s own website).
