"Best Holiday Inn we've stayed in!
We had a disabled access room and it was huge! Very clean. Absolutely most effective AC we've had in a UK hotel!
Staff friendly. Hotel welcoming with free refreshments at reception.

"The room was clean and had usual amenities for tea, coffee and also some cookies. The manager was polite and to the point, though no warm repartee/ conversation.
The breakfast ( full English) was exceptional.
The room we had faced a fenced in green field site that looked as though it had been used to dump construction materials , plastic chairs and rubble.., The hotel has no control of that, and this was a minor distraction. We learned from local folks that the food here is very good, though...
"Extremely spacious, well equipped clean rooms except a couple of the window areas.
External stairwell had a lot of flying insects which was off putting (assume attracted inside from woods to the lights)"
"Excellent location near Lancaster, just off M6. Lovely pub, lovely breakfast too. Plenty of parking.
Compact room, neat, tidy, good supplies. Comfortable bed. Tea & coffee makings & small kettle. Only issue was room was really hard to ventilate, so was very warm (good for winter tho!)"
