"A great heritage building in a great location with competent friendly staff. Room was very good bed was super comfortable. Restaurant was very good as was the selection and eatability of the all menu items we had. There was a smnall hiccup with restaurant timing and failure to advise us of a private function. "Is of course a big far from the city, but the hotel is in great shape, soft towels, clean rooms and spaces. Brakefast is ok, just 10 minutes from the airport and 1 hour from Niagara. I did enjoy my stay"

"Very clean property and greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was only there for 3 nights but it was well worth the booking. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle was also efficient and timely on arriving to and from the airport and hotel. They even give a mini welcome bag which includes little snacks. Definitely don’t hesitate on booking this hotel. The only con is that it’s quite some time(1 hour and 30 minutes) to downtown Toronto on a good day."

"This was by far the best experience I have had in a hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Not being from the area , they advised me on places to eat and transit options. Breakfast was fresh with lots of variety . I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Rooms are clean and quiet, staff is helpful when you have an issue and do the best of their abilities to help. As for the breakfast, it's available between 6:30 am to 11:00 am and has various options that were all great. A pool and hot tub is available in the basement and is usually empty. Overall a great experience."

"Arrived at the hotel and while checking in, it was brought to my attention that we needed a credit card to pay a $200 security deposit, don’t have a credit card as I don’t want any debt! This was a huge issue. Offered to give $500 security deposit cash, refused, offered $1000 refused. Had to spend over £100 on a call to transfer funds to my debit card which resulted in stupid fees and a crappy exchange rate. Ridiculous, not everyone has a credit card. Finally checked in, room for 3 guests. 1...

"This is by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. From the lovely scent when you walk in the building to the friendly staff to every thing you could think of and more in one place I couldn’t love it more. I love it’s outside of the busy downtown but close enough to get anywhere you want too. The walking trail across the street and the outdoor pool were highlights for sure. I was also super impressed you didn’t have to wait long for an elevator if at all."

Our neighbour had early morning video calls for work and we could hear everything, so the two mornings we were there, we were woken up in the early morning. Hard to complain because they need to work, not their fault things were not sound proof. The hallways were also not very sound proof as you could hear everything in the hall as well. Ask for a...
