"We appreciated the cleanliness, staff help & the super comfortable beds & pillows! Made our long drive so worth it! Also appreciate the cups & creamer in our room. Wished the casino didn’t allow smoking or if the Beacon53 restaurant would open at 4pm instead 5pm but again no worries-was great."

"The staff were all wonderful and the breakfast was good. Our room door was propped open when we arrived, which was kind of off-putting. Also, the property could use some upgrades. I think the bathtub was clean, just old so kind of dingy looking. The elevator was out of order."

The breakfast was a great welcome to another beautiful day! Very plentiful and well stocked. Thank you and your great for great visit. We'll be back soon!! "

"The woman at breakfast was amazing. So helpful and smiling. It was a great stay, only complaint was there were a lot of rowdy kids running around the halls. It doesn’t bother me during decent hours but after 9pm and before 8am people should be able to rest. "

"Had to wait 40 minutes in line to check-in, only one person working. That person was very nice for being as busy as she was. The room was larger than most hotel rooms and seemed clean. At the complementary breakfast there was only one urn of coffee, and it was completely empty. 😢"

"It was way below average and was not a cheap property to stay at. Very dirty room, bathroom was disgusting. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool area was even dirty. Front desk clerk was also doing the breakfast area. Wore the same gloves from food area, to front desk, back to food area."
