"Our stay at Ksar Anika was exceptional from beginning to end. Every member of staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive—nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were made to feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, with a wonderful selection of fresh and delicious food. A special thank you to Ziad and Yassir, who looked after us so wonderfully and always greeted us with warmth and a smile. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful—elegant, authentic and full of character, perfectly capturing the spirit of Marrakech. Its location is ideal, with all the major attractions within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. What truly sets Ksar Anika apart are the thoughtful personal touches and exceptional attention to detail. Laurent went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect, making us feel less like guests and more like family. It genuinely felt like our home away from home. Our room, with its private terrace overlooking the swimming pool, was simply stunning and provided a peaceful oasis after busy days exploring Marrakech. The exceptional service continued right until the moment we departed. Being presented with a thoughtfully prepared lunch bag of sandwiches and fresh fruit for our journey was such a kind gesture and perfectly reflected the warmth and generosity we experienced throughout our stay.
