"The staff at Riad Andalla Spa is extremely caring and kind, especially with making sure you & family feel safe and have what you need. Cars are able to drop off very nearby, so the walk with suitcases is very easy (no mazes), they hired reliable drivers. In addition Abdullah was extremely kind and helpful in terms of advice on how to deal with safety and haggling prices in the nearby souks. "The staff were first class. I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good. The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. How lucky were we to be there for Halloween night. Everybody had made such a massive effort. "

"This hotel is a great option . The staff are very friendly and helpful . The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location close to all the markets and to some great restaurants . The spa and the cooking class were top notch . My only complaint is that my room was very small. I booked a “king room” and it was very small so if I stayed here again I would upgrade to a larger room . However I would totally recommend this hotel . "
