"The toilets arm in the tank was broke and we had to had lift the thing inside the tank to flush. They had no other room available. Then the air conditioner had to be unplugged and plugged back in to work again. It shut off and didn’t restart unless unplugged and plugged in again. "

"I booked a King Sized room. I got a mini suite(?)with a double bed. We are accustomed to a king size bed. My SO went to the couch at 230. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I did not see on the website that there would be a $100 " damage deposit" at check in. Imagine my surprise when I received an alert from my credit card holder for possible fraud! I think that could have been waived since we are "golden agers." The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It was filled with rust stains. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. They told me that there is a hospital rate during the week if I call and book with them directly. The desk clerk this morning barely acknowleged me when I asked if I would get an immediate damage deposit credit when I turned the keys in. I will give some employee credit for retrieving my SO's forgotten wallet and phone which he'd left in the room. Thank you! We will stay there the next time we have an early check in at the ortho facility. I will make sure I communicate exactly what I need."

"The room was not that clean. The shower was disgusting. The gym and pool were really small. Breakfast was ok waffle mix was completely empty and very small area. I will not stay here again it wasn’t what I expected "

"Pool was great, big and room enough to not get splashed by all the kids in there. That's where the good stuff ended. Room was out of Shampoo, didn't smell clean, it was cold and heat was on full blast, curtains didn't close all the way so it was bright all night long. Several girls basketball teams were there so breakfast was like fighting the heard to get something to eat. Hallways were full of shouting until late into the night and parents were drinking into the night in the Commons with Vodka bottles and cigarette packs left on the tables when I went out in the morning. Hallways were missing trim on the walls and staff was anything but helpfully. Seemed like there were clocking in and waiting to clock out. I reread the good reviews when we got home and wondered if we stayed in the same hotel?!"
