"I just slept in the room"

"Very large nice room. Staff was so friendly and helpful! Would stay again."

"I booked a very nice King Suite for my wife and I to stay in. We very seldom truly get time away. Upon arrival I was handed a room key, nothing said. Walked into a room that might as well have been a hallway with 2 beds. I notified front desk and was told there is nothing they could do because I booked through Expedia and there is no guarantee you will get the room you paid for. My receipt said “King Suite”. My booking said King Suite. Springhill suites did absolutely nothing to make this...

"The carpet was dirty with many spots. The vent on the wall had dust build up in it, the towels had hair on them."

"Everything!!"

"Rooms very clean and comfortable. Location accessible to major highways and streets. Plus, quiet."

"Very convent location. They are remodeling all rooms. It is clean and staff is helpful."

"The rooms were really clean. The common areas were old looking. Torn carpet, discolored elevator doors and worn off numbers on inside of the elevator. No one cleaned our room after we requested it cleaning. We were out from 10:00am-9:00pm. No hot water second morning."

"NOT VERY HELP WHEN WE CALL A HEAD OF TIME, WE NEED A HANDY CAP ROON AND WE WERE TOLD THE ROOM NUMBER WE WOULD GET FOR HANDY CAP. THEY TOLD US THAT ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE. MY WIFE DID NOT GET TO TAKE A SHOWER. MY NOT ABLE TO GET IN EVWN WITH MY HELP. COULD NOT FIND THE ICE MACHINE ON THE THIRD FLOOR ASK ONE OF EMPLOYE WERE IT WAS AND HE UNDERSTAND ENGLISH OR SPEEK ENFLISH. WILL NOT USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I USED TO LIVE IN THAT AREA AND IT WAS NICE NOT ANYMORE. I SPOKE TO OTHER CUSTOMER AND THEY...

"Excellent hotel!! Perfect if you want to see the stars."

"Great location and great facility"

"Hotel was great. Little vintage style on the rooms with more of a modern feel upon entry. Elevator was being replaced. We were on the 5 Th floor and it was very loud with the highway right outside. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again but request a room away from the highway."

"Good"
