However, I hate small annoying sounds in the room that I don't know if it comes from air-conditioner or other things in the room."
"Excellent location, and the building is new, clean and practical. Its not a hotel, its an apartment, which means no room service or no having the rooms made up, however there is a kitchen, there is a laundry, there is a pool. And its huge with a nice balcony, much prefer to stay in an appartment."

Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that.
