"The Chateau was absolutely incredible as well as beautiful. The staff were all so incredibly friendly & welcoming. Everyone made you feel like a VIP. The walking trails were well marked and the scenery was amazing. We had totally blue skies the 3 days we were there. The good that we ate in the restaurants was very good as well & the portions were very generous. Would definitely recommend if you plan to visit this area but bring your money."
"We had a great stay and enjoyed some of the amenities. We were disappointed to find out that children are not allowed in the pool after 9:30, however, staff were gracious when asking us to leave when this time came. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, and although it didn’t bother me as I am only 5 feet tall, the loft in this unit would have been challenging for someone taller as everything was quite low."
"Great location, good place to connect with nature. In the cabin we had everything in the kitchen, the rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. On the balcony a very nice rocking chair. Around the balcony and the cabin there are lots of trees. The fire pit by the creek is making the evenings special. You can even watch the stars if not too tired.
I wish to come back and stay more days.
Highly recommended!"
"The cabins were very well maintained and very comfortable. Wonderful views, easy access to the trails and close to Lake Louise and Banff. We would love to come back and stay here again!"
"The cabin was dated along with the furnishings but it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. It is about a 25 minute drive to Banff and Lake Louise and we had an awesome grizzly encounter right down the road on 1A with 3 grizzlies. The staff are great. There is a small grocery store that has essentials, beer, wine and the creamer you will need for your morning coffee provided."
