"Quaint bungalow in a quiet setting with beautiful well maintained gardens. Comfortable beds with a well equipped kitchen, WiFi and easy access to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. We loved the great location and friendly welcoming staff."

"For the price, we were expecting gardens to be planted, columns not to be crumbling, and the food to be worth writing home about. Our room was very nice, had a great view, and the location of this hotel cannot be beat, but we were disappointed with the hotel common areas and the two restaurants we tried."

"Friendly and helpful staff, as always. Gorgeous views. Lots of tourists this time of year, more than we've ever seen before, especially near the bridge and canoes (to be fair, there isn't really anything the Lodge can do about that). Luckily, the Clubhouse is in the perfect location for guests to hangout (either on chairs or in the hot tub) away from the crowds while still soaking in the views. The crowds died down and it was really quiet and calm by around 7pm. Brought our dog with us and she loved the dog bed and treats provided. The trail maintenance/new boardwalk they're building near the back of the lake is incredibly well done! Also, dinner was exceptional."
