"I frequently stay at Hyatt Place on my arrival and departure days. It's very easy & fast to get there from the Heathrow central bus station, bus A4. It's typical Hyatt Place as in many other places. I like it. It's cheaper and roomy than most of the hotels in the center of London city. There is a small gym in the basement."

"Before my stay, I emailed to request a high floor facing the airport. On arrival, I was delighted to find I had been allocated a room on the top floor with a great view of the airport and planes landing. The room itself, although compact, was very comfortable and clean with a lovely shower. It was also good that the window could be opened. I found all the reception staff friendly and helpful, and check-in was very quick. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly book again. "

"Very friendly staff, our wealth of information for getting around on the buses there. It was great to have the gym on site. It was quite costly to get from the hotel to terminal five, however. I wasn’t expecting that fee! For ease and proximity to Heathrow, this was a good experience for me."
