"Great place to stay very central close to everything including train I did not give it a five star because the rooms are not sound proof you could hear everything including conversations and noise coming from the street. It can be annoying if you are trying to get a good nights sleep. Otherwise the property is a good one."

"The hotel was pretty nice, set in gardens with a view of the lake. The room was a good size but could do with an update. Everything was clean, staff were lovely. We arrived pretty tired after a long drive and asked to use the spa and were told to go and seek out the spa and book it ourselves. I must admit, I didn't bother. Why they didn't get the spa to call our room or allow us to book at reception I guess we'll never know."

"Incredible location right on the lake. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful as two Americans that don’t speak much Italian. The pools are amazing, best pizza ever at the restaurant on the property. The breakfast was amazing with made to order omelettes! We did massages and Angela was incredible! Highly recommend!"

"Had a lovely stay here after a long drive. Great location if it’s just a lay over, or for a night before or after flying from Malpensa. I had an annex room which was huge! Huge bathroom too. Private parking space right at the patio door. Nice selection for breakfast. Will definitely use again if in the area."
