"Check in was a nightmare. The lady at front desk told us we were in the wrong place. Walked around for 20 minutes and finally got our taxi driver to talk to her. We were in the right place the whole time she just had no interest as we were staying in a rented condo. We all never got sent the door code to our condo until the lady at front desk contacted someone. It was all a mess and not a great way to start."
