"We just stayed the one night, before heading off to Auckland Airport, just 10 minutes away. Everything was far better than we expected when you consider what some hotel/motels want to charge you. The room was clean, comfortable, modern looking and spacious. Parking was just outside of our room door. Booking in and out was easy and the staff very friendly. There is a restaurant and bar on the premises which we used. The food was very good and reasonably priced. We will definitely be using this...

"We had a small hiccup and the manager took care of it before he went off for the weekend to our satisfaction. The only thing i can critique is maybe mix up the breakfast a bit. Try bacon or have a waffle maker. Also put the pancakes under a heater to stay warm. Maybe small danishes and more fruit options. Just a thought. The hotel is in a great location and the desk is staffed 24 hours each day. Plenty of parking."

"Hi there, the overall stay was just okay. We did not get the room we booked, we waited ages to see reception when checking in, though the front of house was nice. The breakfast buffet was alright however the restaurant manager from Friday and Saturday gave us weird looks and was not hospitable. On Sunday it was different staff for breakfast , they were talking loudly amongst each other where we would have preferred less noise. "Room facing the road is extremely loud, impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. The windows are so thin that there is no sound insulation at all towards the main road. It seems to me as though some drivers use the road as a race track in the middle of the night and accelerate as much as possible at the traffic lights.
Breakfast was ok, little variety. Staff is very nice. If there would be good sound insulation, it could be a decent little hotel.
If you intend to sleep, look somewhere else,...

"Loud Party in the room opposite still going at 1am. As the hotel don’t employ security the staff (very helpful) did request they stop but in the event of refusal from the partygoers were powerless to do anything. "
