"We loved our stay in Marco Polo. We just wished there was a microwave in the room and the supply of drinking water wasn’t enough for the two of us. Is Marco Polo going to have a ‘gift shop’ where we could possibly purchase water, etc?"

"Nice hotel, good location, good service"

"The breakfast buffet is good. Brenden and other breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. The open rooftop restaurant has a nice ambiance."

"Very convenient location near Ayala mall"

"There is construction going on at hotel. Early mornings no power in my room for over 9 hours. No one tried to inform me of anything. I checked out and got another place. Paid for 4 days and only was there for 13 hours. The ratings are not accurate and Expedia Is no better tried reaching out to them and they said keep conversations going with hotel. If you have medications like me that has to be cold in a fridge this will be a problem. Insects everywhere bathroom full of mold and smells horrible"

"The room was large, very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"I had a dental appointment, so I chose this hotel because it's near the office where I was going to have the work done. I checked in, dropped my stuff off in the room, walked to my appointment, returned afterwards, and was greeted by a large cockroach inside the door as I walked into my room. I immediately stepped on it. Took a photo of it as I decided to check out. I did not get a refund, only my deposit. What does that tell you? The safe was not locked down, so somebody could have just...

"lovely spot .."

"クローゼットなどは古かった。バスタオルは古かった。タオルはなかった。 でも値段を考えたら、オッケーですか"

"This is nothing against expedia or the property as a whole. The room was terrible and i could not stay more than two nights. The A/C, and hot water in the shower did not work. The sink faucet in the kitchenette was about to break off. As for safety the smoke detector was taped over and the shower had black mold. I understand the owner has several units and most in the same condition. I ended up getting another unit in tower four that was much nicer. I do not expect a refund but somethung needs...

"While the room I was in is clean, the shower is not working and toilet doesn't flush. Shower curtain is hung up higher from the floor. Defeats the purpose of keeping the splashing of water in. The property is a plus , lots of food choices in close and walking proximity. An affordable place."

"This is the WORST place I booked at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE IN BOOKING HERE. Communication is almost non-existent. I inquired about their additional fees after booking but no response. Check the property details first so you'll know the add-on fees. I contacted Hotels.com if i can cancel my reservation so they sent a message to the property and they didn't get a response after 24hrs so Hotels told me my reservation is still in place. The property owner responded later on to my inquiry and...

"This was the nastiest, filthy hotel & room (which i had to upgrade in order to have a bathroom - Period) - otherwise I had to go downstairs to use the general restroom with no shower or way to clean up. After upgrading to obtain my own bathroom, I would NOT use it unless standing - it was absolutely filthy black moldy floor - I had to clean up before a wedding, so thank fully i brought a pair of sandles (leather unfortunately) to shower & I didnt really want to do that. No drinkable water was...
