The location is ideal. We enjoy the coastal trail (took it every day). Beaches are close and pool area clean and comfortable. The turtle bay is amazing and watching the whales was cool.

This was an amazing stay. Unit was clean comfortable and had everything. Property is quiet and situated perfectly so you didn’t feel like you were in a large complex but rather at home.

We stayed here for a whole week, it was a very quiet area and had now issues with parking. We did encounter a issues with the washing machine and dryer but they were so quick to fix it and they actually went above and beyond to get us a new appliance! We will definitely be staying here on our next vacation. 10/10!!

The location was great for us. Peaceful and close enough to Napili Bay and the coastal trail. A lot of places on Napili Bay have AC issues but our condo was perfect the entire trip!

The property was amazing. Family safe and walkable. Upfront close to the beach. I woke up to turtles every morning and a beautiful sunset every evening. Very comfortable and family friendly. I would defiantly return.

We were excited to spend our anniversary at Napili point. We were here nine years ago and had a great experience. When we arrived, we were unpleasantly greeted by a backed up kitchen sink. I called that evening, but nobody returned my call. I called again the following morning and KBM was responsive. Once a plumber came and resolved the issue we were hopeful. However, a day later and on our actual anniversary, the sink backed up again. KBM was responsive and sent a Plumber out to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the plumber came as we were trying to enjoy our actually anniversary dinner. A few other minor things occurred in the unit in which KBM handled. KBM was responsive, but as you can imagine, it was disruptive to our anniversary trip. Some of the minor things should’ve been taken care of before we arrived. Because of our inconveniences KBM issued a credit for one night. The location of Napili point is great. It sits a top of a beautiful bay loaded with great snorkeling amongst all the fish and turtles. The Napili Bay is right around the corner, which is a great beach and swimming area.
