"Stayed here when our flight was suddenly delayed for 24 hours; the staff were so helpful and kind, we went for a dip in the pool and it was clean and refreshing, the room was in great shape and comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant onsite and it was delicious (even handled our allergies wonderfully!). Used the airport shuttle and they took us straight to our terminal. I would highly recommend for a stay near the airport!"

"A fantastic all-inclusive getaway — almost perfect Le Blanc Cabo San Lucas delivered exactly what you want from a luxury all-inclusive resort: a completely stress-free vacation where you can just relax and enjoy yourself. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place takes hospitality seriously. The food was genuinely excellent — well above the standard you might expect at an all-inclusive. Every meal felt like a real dining experience, with quality and variety that kept things interesting throughout the stay. The staff across the entire property were consistently warm, attentive, and went out of their way to be helpful. That kind of service really elevates the overall experience. A couple of things worth knowing before you go: the complimentary sunscreen provided by the resort didn't do the job — bring your own or buy some in the shop at the resport, especially if you plan to spend serious time at the pool or beach. Also, be prepared for a pitch to join a membership club that operates a bit like a timeshare. It's easy enough to decline, but heads-up so you're not caught off guard. Would go back in a heartbeat as I felt completely relaxed there and didn't have to worry about anything. Minor gripes aside, Le Blanc is a beautiful resort with outstanding food and staff. If you're looking for a true no-hassle escape, this is a great choice."

"This was our first trip back to the Viceroy after it was purchased and rebranded. A couple standouts: the architectural vibe and customer service remained top notch. All of the staff are friendly, approachable and over the top helpful. The live DJ and art exhibits on the water create a unique experience for any stay. The personal concierge is also a huge added bonus. A few things that have diminished since our first visit: food quality and cost on site - the downtown area has much better food and beverages for more reasonable prices and unforgettable experiences. The overall maintenance of the property is good but there are definitely components that are showing wear 10 years since the hotel opened. Overall it was amazing to return to the hotel and we look forward to another visit sooner rather than later."

"It was a great place, just like I remembered 10years ago. Our room was ocean front and newly renovated with beautiful taste. Bordeaux and Italian restaurants are a must. Didn’t care for breakfast buffet, eat at seaside grill. We were celebrating our anniversary and everyday they had a surprise in our room for us. Overall I would rate it a 10 for the amount you pay. Great place to stay and recommended!"
