"Booked this place because of its 9.6 rating. Also booked another hotel in Tavira the next night for the same reason. Both hotels were excellent in terms of facilities, room quality etc, but this one really does stand out because of the staff. From the receptionist to the cleaner, to the staff in the restaurant, service was faultless and the difference with the next hotel was noticeable, despite both having the same rating. - Breakfast needs minor upgrades ( fresh orange juice! ) You are in the Algarve!!
- Dinner ambience is really lacking (lighting too bright, table settings need to be upgraded … it’s the same as breakfast buffet!
