Appartement de bonne superficie globalement bien équipé et aménagé. L ensemble doit etre relooke et l insonorisation reste moyenne. L hotel doit revoirson fournisseur de blanchisserie car le linge sentait une odeur forte désagréable de linge humide. Piscine agréable.

Los apartamentos están bien ubicados y son amplios. Pasan cada 2 días a cambiar toallas y poner papel higiénico. No limpian ni hacen las camas (tengo la duda de si pagando sí lo hacen). Dispone de parking propio. Si es verdad que le hace falta una renovación en general al mobiliario, porque se ve antiguo. Pero hace su función. Ojo que no hay enchufes en los lavabos. En el resto del apartamento si, pero en los lavabos no.

A receção estava fechada ao sábado e domingo à tarde, e se precisar de alguma coisa fora do horário, é necessário ligar. De resto super simpáticos e acessíveis. O alojamento está limpo e é confortável, precisava de alguma manutenção, construção de há cerca de 20anos. Mas muito agradável para famílias. Localização ótima.

pas satisfaits du logement

nous ne sommes pas satisfaits du logement. Nous avons loué un logement pour 6, il était en fait pour 4. Très mauvaise odeur dans les chambres, dessus de lit sale, peu d'equipement (pas de sèche cheveux, strict minimum dans la cuisine...), logement pas du tout chaleureux. pas de soin spa, piscine pas nettoyée en début de séjour. nous prenons régulièrement des logements sur hotels.com et c'est la première que nous ne sommes pas satisfaits.

Great location, but the condition of the apartment could be better. There are few broken things, if the maintenance is done more frequently, the impression could be better and there is no need huge investment.

Terrasse war bei Nässe glatt und Außentreppe war im Dunkeln schlecht ausgeleuchtet, sehr schlechte Küchen-ausstattung, zusätzliche Decke für das Bett fehlte, Gesamtanlage war sehr schön gestaltet und begrünt, Frühstück für 10,- € pro Person entsprach nicht dem Preis, Putzausblühungen und Farbe bröckelten bzw. blätterten von der Decke auf die Lüfterhaube und Kochplatten in der Küche, Beutel für Abfalleimer fehlten, kein Geschirrtuch, kein Abwaschlappen, keine Aufneh-merschaufel, Antennenkabel für Fernsehen nach Aufforderung

Front staff is excellent. The stay was fine, beds were two singles and just ok, unit was large but the microwave was larger than the tv. Good location and all was fine.

Third stay here

Staff are extremely accommodating, this is our third stay here. It has an amazing view, small kitchen in the apartment to make your own meals if you don’t want to eat out. Only a 5 minute drive from Ponta Delgada.

En temporada baja hemos estado muy tranquilos y el lugar se respira mucha tranquilidad, por lo que hace un lugar ideal como refugio de descansar después de visitar toda la isla.

Really nice apartments good located. We were six people and the apartment fitted us all with two bathrooms. The sofa was okey to sleep in. We missed chairs on the terrass though. There were only three and we got a fourth the last day- told them day one we were six. Otherwise very friendly staff that helped us with printing boarding passes really late arrival etc

reasonable for the price but not very appetizing

only one night stay before flight, end of the row appartments are close to road so we were disturbed in sleep, clean app but smelled like mold in kitchen, likely has not been used for long, pillows were tragically uncomfy, same was beds , saving bulbs bad not giving enough light, app was clean and staff friendly though i would not spend my holiday in this app. pool not heated. i really wished uk premierinn is in azores for economy acco to give a good sleep for the same price of 55euro..

Sehr gute gelegenes Hotel.

Wer die Insel mit dem Auto erkunden will, triftt mit dem Hotel in Lagoa eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Die Lage ist gut. Zudem lässt sich fußläufig alles wichtige erledigen (Bäcker, Café, Apotheke, Supermarkt, etc.). Die Anlage ist gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
