"Location was fantastic with restaurants, bars & shopping right at your doorstep. The rooms were very spacious & with direct pool access. The hotel is slightly outdated, but is kept clean & is well worth the stay. Would definitely recommend this boutique hotel to guests who want to be in the centre of all the action in Lamai"

"Good place only thing beds where really hard"

The room was clean each day, but a bit tired with the shower door broken, our friends room's AC not working on day one and not effective on the remainder of the days. Not all facilities are up and running, e.g. the top pool was open, but no lights for at night, beach chairs are okay, but many are broken so they ran out a number of times. The restaurant staff were generally ineffective, a couple were fantastic, but a few had literally no idea what to do...

"11/10 would recommend. Beautiful property, I had a basic room And it still had everything I needed. I will be coming back to lamai and I will Deff book here again. Right on the beach. 7/11 next door. Great restaurants within 100 yards."
