Excellent stay

Hotel was great. The hotel is new which is nice. They upgraded us when we got there so our room was so big! Great location, close to lamai beach and lots of restaurants and lamai night market. Breakfast was a really good - range of food. Staff were super friendly, especially Lele!

Lovely stay in Centara Life. Friendly smiling staff. Immaculately clean. Rooms cleaned and linens changed every other dayor daily if you wanted. Breakfast good with lots of choices. Couldn’t fault our stay there at all. Only two minutes to shops and five to the beach. Enjoyed our stay very much .

Fair comfort, but very noisy area of night clubs.

The room was large and clean but didn't have balcony or another place where to dry wet clothes. We enjoyed the nice swimming pool and breakfast was also ok, the big minus was the huge noise during the night, coming from the night clubs around the hotel. Alsothe beach is kind of far, you need to walk for 10 min and cross the main street.

Exceptional staff and greeting with easy accommodation for early check in and late check out! Major complaint another guest blared music non stop from 8 am until when I checked out at 1.:30 many guests had complained. I know staff tried to shut him up but security should have kicked him out.

One true hidden gem in the middle of Lamai.. The staff here are excellent at providing derive I mean wow…yoy really feel seen and tended too The rooms are super comfy, clean and modern The breakfast is all you can dream of and the atmosphere is so calm that you just wanna sit in the restaurant cuddled up for hours with your cup of coffee and totally relax… I highly recommend this cute resort to anyone that wants a relaxing stay away from the buzz from lamai walking street but the be able to pop aroud the corner for a drink or beach time.

Centara Life resort hotel is an excellent choice. The location was great and the area is very safe and lively. Lots of restaurant with brilliant lively environment. The staff were brilliant especially Chompuu, she was so attentive and speak perfect English. All of the staff aim to please and help me with all my queries. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Alles war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker – es gab eine große Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Die Lage ist top: In nur 5 Minuten ist man am Strand, und zum Nightmarket läuft man gemütlich etwa 10–15 Minuten. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es waren fantastische 10 Tage! Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft jedoch eine größere Mädelsgruppe, die zur gleichen Zeit da war und ihren Urlaub eher als Partytrip verstand bzw. wurde der Ort mit einem Partyhotel auf Ibiza verwechselt. Sie waren teilweise sehr laut, was auch andere Gäste gestört hat. Zudem wurde am Pool geraucht, obwohl dies laut Beschilderung nicht erlaubt ist. Hier hätten wir uns etwas mehr Eingreifen und Rücksichtnahme vom Personal gewünscht. Abgesehen davon war alles wirklich hervorragend – ein tolles Hotel, das wir absolut weiterempfehlen können! 🌴✨

Das Zimmer war modern, geräumigt und echt sehr sauber. Auch die vielen verschiedene Lichteinstellungsmöglickeiten im Raum machten es auch sehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Kommsehr gerne wieder dorthin. Ich hoffe dir können ihren derzeitigen Standard bei behalten.

Obwohl man mitten im Zentrum ist, ist es ruhig in den Zimmer, da das Hotel sich in einer kleinen Seitenstraße befindet. Loft ist empfehlenswert!
