"The staff were absolutely amazing!!! We had to book as our plane was diverted to Belize. Our transportation was already waiting when we walked out of the airport. The location is so different, which we really loved. Having to take the little boat across the river was cool! The little cabana’s were very cute! Everything we needed plus more. We would stay there again for a few nights!! "

"Wonderful stay. Basic but clean room. Quiet. Chuck and Denise are great hosts. You definitely want Denise to make you breakfast. She makes the best Fryjacks. It’s close to the airport so we booked it for our arrival night before heading onto our destination. So glad we booked for the night before departure. "

"We had the best time here. The hosts, Shanna and Kenny were great, super responsive and very helpful with planning things to do. Ernesto, one of the drivers was also fantastic and super helpful. The locals and neighbors around the house were very friendly. A grocery store was located near by and we were able to get most of what we needed to make our meals. "Go here! We took our 17 and 12 y/o and no one wanted to leave. The staff is the friendliest and most anticipatory you will come across. They have your table setup each day, if they hear you mention wanting to try something they will make it happen (they literally went into the jungle and picked bread fruit for us), and they had items ready for every activity we had mentioned possibly wanting to do. They gave jungle, water activities, and excursions and they are all the cheapest we have...

"The location was good, the room was clean and modern, the bathroom was excellent and, because we chose an ocean view room we had wonderful breezes. My only complaint was that the sheets and bedspread were polyester. Which means, even though the room was cool, we were still bathed with sweat. On our second night we requested a cotton blanket instead of the polyester bedspread and we slept very well."

We used the bikes at the hotel - staff were very helpful when using them. I’m not sure the photos do the hotel justice - it’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. "

"The room was spotless & the staff superb! I was very pleased to see an electric kettle instead of a coffee maker as tea tastes like coffee when made with water from the coffee machines. Everyone was very helpful with excellent restaurant suggestions. They did not disappoint. I would definitely stay there again if i visit the island."
