It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it."

"I read the other reviews, so I knew what I was getting into. This place was perfect for my wife and I, BUT would NOT be perfect for everyone. My wife and I are walkers. You will walk, a lot. You can take the tram, directly outside of the hotel but I takes time to get to the center of things - you actually have to go in the opposite direction of where you will want to travel and take the tram to the B line to Termini - it is fine, it just takes time.
