"It was clean, quiet, and accommodating - Met the needs of our stay and would return again."

"Clean and comfortable"

"The facility was very clean, well maintained and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast very good and there were several good restaurants nearby. Excellent place to stay!"

"This is a beautiful facility! We only stayed for one night as we were passing through Chattanooga, but will definitely keep it in mind when we return to the area!!!"

"Clean rooms"

"Great staff has a great experience with everyone I talked to."

"The place was clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was fine. The beds were hard and the thermostat didn't work. A car alarm kept going off and I realized they had no way of knowing who the car belonged to because they didn't ask for our car information."

"Stayed overnight on my roadtrip and found the price way too high for the quality of the stay. The hotel is not as modern as the pictures show. This place does also allow pets, on my bed I found a few pet hairs. Sheets and room were clean, but as a pet owner we all know how hairs can linger. I would keep this in mind for anyone with allergies."

"Convenient facilities and friendly staffs"

"The staff that checked us out was sarcastic and rude - the elevator was broken and the front lights were off so it was pitch black at the entrance. The bed sheets weren’t clean, the toilet was broken and the rude clerk refused a refund. Absolute joke of a stay."
