"All instructions are in emails (keyless entry, parking location, room #, etc.) Such a lovely property with so much history and re-done perfectly! So much better than staying at a brand / chain hotel. Restaurant and bar are in the same location. Never interacted with any staff (only reason I have a 3 star rating). Would most definitely stay here and recommend this place again!"

"Very clean on arrival. Greeted by a very friendly guest relations lady. She was very well dressed and professional in looks and manner. Made sure our room was clean and ready for us to check in. Did not eat breakfast. But everything else the emenities and all workers we came in contact were very helpful. Bed sleep very good."

"This was a quick stop between Florida and Kentucky at approximately halfway. The check-in was super fast and the staff super friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Plenty of dining options in the area, too. We were so satisfied with everything that we chose this location to stop at on our return back to Florida!"

"Would have given this property 5 stars but our room, a suite, was right next to the elevator which kept us awake most of the night. If you stay there, do not let them.put you in 108."

"Very clean, quiet, small gem of a hotel that was much cheaper (almost 1/2 of the price) than the big name hotels in Dalton! And it was the closest hotel to the convention center, a left turn at the stoplight & your there within 1 minute! We didn’t have to get in all of the traffic that was over the interstate bridge! We stayed in a suite on the 2nd out of 3 floors. My favorite thing about the hotel was the short, open flight of stairs that were across from the front deskThe room starts with a living room area that had a desk, TV, sitting furniture, & couch that pulled out to make a sleeper sofa bed. Across from the clean & modernly designed bathroom, was a minibar area with microwave & fridge. Past the bathroom you entered another spacious bedroom area equipped with a second TV & 2 Queen Beds. I appreciated that the bedroom was separated from the living area by a door that opened & fully closed. The queen beds were comfy & very quiet at nighttime. We did not eat the breakfast during our stay, but the assorted fruit juices were great. I will definitely return to this hotel when we are back in Dalton next year for dance competitions at the convention center. I’m so glad I didn’t turn this hotel down based on some of the other negative reviews that I read on here before I booked this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, especially the best-in-class, economical cost for a 2-night stay! "

"This is a great and cost efficient place to stay. Location makes one feel safe, as it is outside the city in a nice little community. The rooms are nothing immaculately outstanding about it, but they are clean and comfortable, with good size televisions having Direct TV. Parking lot is small but easy to get in and out. Kind of funky smell in the hallways, but not in the rooms. Staff is very nice as well. "

"Very clean hotel. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Didn’t get to use the amenities but the gym looked nice and they have guest laundry. Easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay again! "
