"I would say the best part of this resort is the food. The quality and choice is amazing both at the buffet and in the specialty restaurants. The full stay pass for the Spa was well worth it as the outdoor pool although heated were a bit too cold for us. The staff was really nice and helpful throughout the hotel."

"I booked this hotel, after reading the reviews on Expedia!. This place truly is a gem - for sure, this is a palace - the hotel expands over a very large area on Playa Blanca, Lanzarote!. Staff are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. "Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival
Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it
Spacious accommodation and very clean
Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities
Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in
Would definitely stay there again. "
