Superb hotel with great staff.

We really loved this hotel, every single member of the staff were so nice and professional, the room had a good feeling to it and the spa era has a superb sauna. We would only stay here when back in the city.

Highly recommended

Once navigated the bollards to access the hotel (a quick phone call) all was plain sailing. Great check in, wonderful view from room, pool was quiet, easy 10-15 min walk to harbour and restaurants.

The room was quite comfortable and the staff were all welcoming and lovely. Two issues: the pool was not very clean (perhaps this was a fluke, but it was full of leaves and even some hair) and the breakfast was fine but felt overpriced at 34 euros each. Can’t beat the location or the quiet, though!

An oasis of class and tranquility in the heart of old La Rochelle, complete with a spacious lobby, swimming pool, parking, and attached restaurant. Courteous and well informed staff. We could not quite figure out the AC, fortunately the weather was perfect at night. Driving into the hotel takes getting used to typing in the code to open the road barrier, but that’s the price of calm.

We are so grateful we chose this hotel as the staff was exceptional and so helpful, the room very comfortable, the spa was a nice addition and it's in a perfect location.
