It’s right next to the highway, and incredibly noisy during 00:00 to 04:00 for some reason. Bedsheets are like paper sand and for a double bed there was only one long pillow, what’s was that about? Breakfast is super limited, so keep in mind. Just avoid unless you really need a place to crash for the night.

Después de tener la reserva realizada con una semana de antelación cuando llegamos nos dijeron que estaba cerrado, que no tenían ninguna disponibilidad, les enseñamos la reserva y nos comunicaron que daba igual que no tenían disponibilidad. Nos quedamos colgados a las 20.00h. buscando otro alojamiento a última hora.

El peor trato recibido de mi vida

Llamamos por la tarde para CONFIRMAR la reserva, que no tendría ni por qué hacerlo, y le dijimos a la señora de recepción que llegaríamos tarde, de madrugada, que si habría inconveniente y nos dijo que como habíamos llamado para confirmar no habría problema ninguno en llegar cuando quisiéramos. Llegamos a las 2:00 y nuestra sorpresa es que nos recibe un hombre descalzo, diciéndonos que había dado NUESTRA habitación a otra persona y que YA NO QUEDABAN más habitaciones. Y en lugar de disculparse dijo que habíamos llegado más tarde de la 1:00 y ya él pensaba que no íbamos a llegar. Nos dejó DURMIENDO EN EL COCHE, A DOS GRADOS DE TEMPERATURA en la calle. Nunca he vivido nada así porque creo que no hay nadie con tan poca vergüenza en el mundo y con tan mala educación. Indignada es poco.

Hotel de carretera que cumple con lo ofrecido. Precio muy ajustado acorde con lo que ofrece. Habitaciones limpias con A.A. y con las pegas obvias de estos hoteles baratos (ruidos de cisterna, ruidos en A.A., ruidos del trafico, etc). Amabilidad de los trabajadores

Not great. Not great at all.

Stayed here for 1 night as I was driving from South of Spain to North of France and it was the closest hotel to where I was. Ok. Where to start. It’s pretty much a motorway service area hotel. Very noisy as it’s on the main road. The staff are very lovely but unfortunately speak absolutely no English and I speak no Spanish so Google Translate was used for our dialogue. The room was basic - they give you a room key and a TV remote and a A/C remote at the reception desk (it’s one of those places!). The room was freezing and it took ages for the a/c unit to heat up the room. There was no shower screen so had to shower whilst sat in the bath. On a plus though, the water feels like it’s boiled from the core of the Earth. It’s Boiling!! If you’re lucky to look over the mountains rather than the petrol station, you will have beautiful views of the snow capped mountains. Plenty of parking for any size vehicle inc HGV’s etc. In short, it’s an ok place to get your head down for the night. You get what you pay for I guess!

Not Expected although booked with you. Found room cold & heating didn’t work. Although snow outside. Woman who received us at the hotel did not know how to work heating system tried 4 rooms before there was a glimmers of heat Demaned immediate payment for dog after paying for the room. Not friendly atmosphere.Traffic noise horrendous. Window was faulty resulting in a blast of cold air all night .Bath chipped & no plug. Arrived late which was the only factor stopping us finding elsewhere. Wouldn’t stop again if I was paid to do so.

C'est la troisième fois que nous descendons dans cet hôtel, mon épouse et mo-même avons trouvé un changement négatif du comportement du personnel qui visiblement cherchait à encaisser le plus d'argent possible, sur le petit déjeuner qui était inclus à l'origine ou sur la présence de notre petit chien. La chasse d'eau coulait, la chambre était froide, la climatisation non réversible ne fonctionne qu'en froid, la salle de bain était gliaciale, l'accueil aussi froid, nous ne retournerons plus à cet hôtel.
