This hotel is very clean. The staff were very nice and their service was great. Breakfast was delicious. The bad thing about this hotel is the location. Everything is very far from the hotel and you need to get a taxi or uber to get to the malecón or any local beach.

Los meseros aunque pocos estuvieron siempre muy atentos . Atención especial a Alejandro que estuvo excelente. Lo que no me gustó fueron dos cosas; la primera es que todos los días se hacía la limpieza pero no recogían la basura ni los vasos o platos usados y la segunda es que mi regadera no regulaba bien la temperatura . Me quedé en la habitación 337 para que pongan atención a eso .

The location of this hotel is not a good, is far from everything (amenities ) no Uber or taxi wants to go pick you up, and the only way to get around is by car if you stay at this hotel just know you don’t have beach access at all no beach close by.i was very disappointed of the location.
