Our stay was excellent. The rooms were very clean; the whole hotel was kept very clean. There were drinking glasses; mugs and wine glasses in the room which was very good. The pool area was always very clean and tidy and was a joy to sit there. The staff were excellent - they were polite and friendly and happy to help at all times. We had breakfast one day and it was lovely - a good choice to choose from. And the cocktails are great there too. The location is excellent - easy access to all the restaurants and shops and the sunrise and sunsets were amazing. I would recommend this hotel - we’ve booked again for next year already 😉

Do not look elsewhere for quality and comfort.

The stay here was an absolute delight. We could not have been happier with the service provided and quality of our stay. Frederico at reception was always available if we needed anything or required some advice. The staff are incredibly generous and I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

The hotel is a great location; great for people watching and being close to local restaurants and the Music Square. The rooms are clean and comfortable although I would like a light blanket as the duvet is too much and the sheet not enough for the time of year. The aircon was on then off, then on in the night! The breakfast is limited - not great if you don’t eat dairy or gluten. You are limited to 1 coffee. There is no fruit. I would prefer to have a choice from a buffet rather than a limited list but that is my only negative.

This hotel is next to the tourist information centre and on the waterfront - very central. Jolly atmosphere. Crowds till late at night. And music from bandstand in nearby square with restaurants. Beautiful view onto town beach. Room clean. Bed OK. Powerful air conditioning. Enough storage space. Minibar cleared out on request, giving us a very welcome fridge. Chambermaids kept the room clean. Kettle - very useful. Better to get a taxi to and from airport. Should cost 60 euros to pick up and collect from taxi rank by Hotel Avanti. Do not get a coach transfer from the airport - however cheap - because it will drop you at the other end of Main Street - too far to walk with cases.

We have stayed at this gem 💎 of a hotel since it opened. Just perfect in every way!! The staff the views the cleanliness are brilliant.little touches like I didn’t announce my birthday but a knock ✊ on the door and a bottle of wine with a lovely note from the staff!! The little things that in my opinion count !! Thank you can’t wait till we return soon.

Great location and view, unfortunately there was a generator/machine noise on/off which was heard throughout the night. The bed was ok but too many large cushions and not enough pillows, the pool was more of a hot tub/jacuzzi with a lovely sun terrace. Breakfast was nice sitting in or out of the restaurant on the harbour .

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, booked & paid extra for a Premium room thinking we we’re getting a bigger room with larger balcony .. We did not !.. we got a room same as the cheaper rooms 1st floor above the bar so was quite noisy & weren't able to change to a different room as they were full . We were only there for 4 nights , but after the first night I noticed personal item missing from our room on return from a day out after the maids had been in . I immediately went to see the reception to tell them & to look at cctv . They honestly couldn’t have cared less !!! Everyday I asked .. they had Zero communication with me & at check out argued with me for accusing them of stealing. You did ! House keep took my item & I shall not return !..

Chices Hotel

Das Hotel liegt am Strand und doch mitten in der Stadt. Es ist modern, sauber und unser Empfang war sehr freundlich. Dir Dachterrasse mit einem kleinen Infinitypool bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick über die Stadt und das Meer. Leider konnten wir nur zwei Tage bleiben, aber wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.
