"Great hotel, with a central location right next to the mall, and has a ton of restaurants and cafes and playgrounds for kids around it! There’s construction in the area but luckily our room was facing the garden so we were not affected by it at all! And the mountain view and the city was just phenomenal! I’d definitely be back!"

"We were going to be traveling from Pamplona on a VERY long trip and decided to book something to break up the trip to Xerta. We received a message from the staff the saying they would not be available for check in after 1030 at night! Ive NEVER run into something like this with a hotel and tries to cancel as there was no way to get there by then! They basically said too bad, I was outside the cancellation window! Ridiculous!!"
