The staff was honestly so nice and friendly. As a solo traveller, not once did u feel unsafe but I really loved my stay and would definitely use this same exact hotel when I come back to Barcelona. Quiet and calm area too!

We loved our short stay at Hotel Zenit! The staff were very friendly, the location was convenient but quiet, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It’s the top of our list for the next time we’re in the city!

Nice traditional location in Barcelona

Enjoyed the stay, housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. Room was older style, a bit tired but clean with small balcony to street. Traditional area was nice. Would stay again.

Nice Hotel very well located

I stayed 5 days on a business trip, the hotel was confortable the room looked maybe a bit smaller compared to the pictures. Overall everything fine, they should unclog all the pipings in the bathroom cos clearly there was a problem there a part from that it was ok, staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing.

Perfect location and great hotel

Friendly service and comfortable hotel. This hotel was in the perfect location. It was not a busy street but only 1-2 blocks from great restaurants. There was also a tapas bar across the street and a little supermarket where we bought necessities. Breakfast was also good. I have to mention the front desk employee, Francisco was the best! He was so attentive and friendly. We had an issue with the AC of the first room and he changed our room and made sure the issue was resolved and fixed. If I can give him 10 stars I would.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel - the location was safe and close to metro/bus stations to easily get around Barcelona. The room was very comfortable - nice, clean beds. The front desk staff was also very helpful throughout our stay.

This hotel was had everything that I needed for a short work stay. The room was small but comfortable, cleaned everyday, had courtesy toothbrush, tissues, shower cap which some hotels stopped providing. I’ll definitely be back.

Ok experience, but nothing fantastic

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, not very central but well connected by bus with the touristic downtown area. The room I stayed in was quite small. I imagine there are bigger ones. It was clean, but there were some details that could be improved. The towels were old (one had a hole in it). The soap dispenser needed to be refilled. I also do not like hotels that have a soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower. I prefer the ones that have little soaps and shampoo bottles. I paid for breakfast, and it was ok. I only had breakfast there one day, and I arrived after 10:00AM. There were several food items that were not available (or had not been replaced) in the buffet. With so many options nearby for late breakfast, I regretted paying for it. Overall, it was not a bad stay. People in the reception were friendly and helpful, and I did not have any major problems. It was just not a great experience, and I will look for other places next time I am in Barcelona.

A fuir, cher et aucun service !

Très cher pour un 4 étoiles qui n’en est pas un ! Et la chambre n’a pas été faite, alors que nous l’avions quittée à 14.00 et mis le panneau « clean the room ». On est rentré à 19.00 et rien n’avait été fait ! Un désastre cet hôtel qui mériterait d’être totalement rénové ! Ils ne méritent pas leurs 4 étoiles !! E éviter !
