We had a nice stay at Acacia. It is in a less touristy neighborhood but just a block from the Metro so it was convenient to get around. The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. The restaurants in the area were patronized by locals and very authentic. Our favorite was O Retornino. There's a small kitchen but you need to ask for a kettle and there was only an Spanish coffee maker that we did not know how to use. Also the shower was part of a tub enclosure and was difficult to step in and out of. Overall we had a nice 2 day stay.

Dissapointing

Property is in desperate need of renovation it’s old and reminds me of hotels in the 80s in Spain. On arrival I was told coffee is available in lobby so the next morning down I come as there’s NO Tea and coffe in apartment which I find bizarre for a so called 4* rated, only to find no capsules for the machine when I enquired was informed €1 for a capsule. I have stayed in many 4* properties and this is not.

The apartment was a good size for the two of us but would be cramped if another person was using the sofa bed. Exceptionally clean and serviced each day. All staff were friendly especially Jasmine the receptionist. Our apartment was at the back so a bit dark but cool. The pool was more of a plunge pool but great to cool off on the roof terrace. Very central, metro few yards up from the apartment, great cafes and an Aldi just up the road. We walked to all the major sights as directed by Jasmin who provided a street map and circled all the main attractions. Great service, really helpful and welcoming staff team. The only downside was the roof terrace didn’t open till 10.30, would have been nice to go up early morning for a dip in the pool to start the day

Not worth the price, hidden charges

Normal hotel more like 3 stars, with hidden charges and bad comunication. We reserved for 2 adults and 2 kids and they charged us with an extra hoat ib theblast minute, a verybexpensive extrahost. They didnt care about our opinikns. Also wenhad to continually ask for kitchen stuff. Mybwofe to a coffe in the lobby, which looked like a receptikn coffe and they crahed us fornthe cofee!!!! No worth the price and beware of hidden charges.

Hotel OK.

Personale simpatico ma non sempre facilissimo da comprendere in inglese. Camere molto spaziose (anche troppo per un viaggio di lavoro da soli) ma arredate diversi decenni fa… direi anni 70 in base allo stile, pulito. Sono miniappartamenti con cucini a e salottino quindi se qualcuno vuole farsi da mangiare è interessante. Non era questo il mio caso. Voto medio superiore a 8 su Hotels.com secondo me è un po’ troppo generoso. La struttura porta a casa la sufficienza soprattutto grazie alla pulizia e all gentilezza dei dipendenti.

Ok. Let's make this clear. I didn't stay at the Acacia Suites. Due to Covid-19 it was closed. I was transferred to another hotel in the same group, Ako Suites. I arrived very late at the hotel but it does have a 24 hour front desk, very helpful. I thought that it was going downhill after this. The system was down and he actually had to go to a room to ensure it was ready. No the best. Then when i get to the room, there is the unmistakable smell of smoking in the room. I couldn't go back down to reception, i was too tired. I have come across this with Spanish hotel rooms before. Windows open. By morning it was loads better. The room was spacious. Nice little kitchen area with a microwave and a hob. A kettle would have been nice but i made do. Bed was ok. Could've been a bit softer but it did. Bathroom with over bath shower was ok but it would have been better with a mixer tap, just for convenience. I thought i was the only person in the place. There was no restaurant because of restrictions in the city. I visited the supermarket for food next day. Aldi is basically beside the hotel. Housekeeping came in everyday and were wonderful. You can't really judge hotels at the moment but this one was fine. I'd stay here again with no complaint.

性价比不太高，硬件略差

酒店位置离景点有点远，但是相对安静，公共区域装修还行，但是房间不行。四人间其实是两人间隔断的，卧室外是沙发床。卫生间洗澡，水容易溅到外面。总体觉得评不上四星，三星吧。停车收费，车库有点小，略考验车技。

Perfect place to relax

Acacia Aparthotel is the best place we felt ourself home, starting from the reception staff, they were very friendly and helpful, the room is very well organised and clean. The hotel doesn’t have room service but they offer their help to provide any market staff, the housekeeping is very fast . Hotel location is pretty good ... beside the metro and lots of 24h supermarket and restaurants are around!!! I like this place and recommend it to couples who wish to enjoy calm and peace. Thank you Acacia to lake our stay enjoyable😊🌈
