The rooms are outdated the door handle to our room door was about to fall off I thought it’s overpriced. I did like the quick beach access. The staff are very nice and friendly. My husband’s sunglasses got stolen when we were sitting at the pool.

The food is very limited. We got a sick each day cuz of it, the snack bar also very limited, the place overall is old and unsafe! I fell 4 times told them and they didn’t care, they also made me leave a cash deposit and told us we broke something they couldn’t prove we did and we honestly didn’t break it and charges us!! this place is a scam! I do not recommend it at all! The boat tour they offer wasn’t available because the boat was in repair. overall, the worst experience in my life and I will never go back or recommended to anyone plus our bedroom had cockroaches..

Check in took over 1/2 hour Had even emailed proof of confirmation and payment info to the manager to prove it and still took forever then tied to get me to pay again Food No salt no pepper No made to order eggs for breakfast Kids running everywhere in restaurant and bar Everything wet or sticky no clean tables in lounge bar area Food in snack bar all lids off and covered in food from other containers Buffet was cold at best . Very sad state of affairs Obviously the only all inclusive No coffee till 9 am Only internet in Lloby All Chanel's Spanish on tv The town itself was clean

La limpieza de la habitación era muy buena, la comida también es buena y variada, en mi opinión la carta de bebidas está bien pero faltan algunos cócteles... Algunos muebles se notan ya viejos y áreas del hotel a los que se le notan los años. El que no tengan WiFi en las habitaciones es un punto en contra y el de áreas generales no es muy bueno. El personal muy amable

Todo el personal es súper amable, atento, servicial y con muchas disposición. Lo único que vería un punto a mejorar es que no hay elevadores, son muchas escalones para una persona de mayor edad, tiene un estilo algo 90’ero en general y un poco ruidoso por las tardes entre el sonido del bar, el sonido de los animadores y el sonido del ensayo de los bailarines. Fuera de eso. Es muy hermoso y familiar

No hay señal por la zona, por lo que el internet deberia ser bueno y es pésimo. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, el hotel ya es viejo y podrian darle mejor mantenimiento. No hay elevadores o rampas a muchas de las habitaciones

Muy bonito lugar

El mar muy bien y tranquilo. La comida muy bien aunque hizo falta mas platillos (comparados con el año pasado que estuvimos). El internet falta potencia. Faltaba algo de personal para la atencion en playa. La habitacion bien. Solo que nos toco cerca de donde hacen la variedad y el ruido si molestaba. En general todo bien, es una bahia hermosa, por eso repetimos en regresar este año.

Por el precio es un buen lugar, sin embargo si se compara con otros hoteles de la talla, si le faltan cositas. El agua de la alberca principal esta HELADA, la comida que ofrecen es muy básica y con pocas opciones y les falta mucho personal en el área de restaurante, tienen de 1 a 2 meseros disponibles lo que no es suficiente para todos los huespedes. Sin embargo la estancia es agradable si no eres una persona muy exigente, el lugar donde está ubicado el hotel es muy bonito y pequeño, por lo que la playa es súper tranquila. Los shows nocturnos que el hotel ofrece son muy buenos y las cenas en el restaurante a la carta son deliciosas.

Excelente estancia en el Quinta Cuastecomates

Buena comida, buen servicio de parte de todo el personal, el show genial y mis hijos se la pasaron muy contentos en el kids club. Las habitaciones comodas, limpias y geniales.
