"The property was very dirty. They did not give me the same property that I paid for. I paid for a property but the pool clean nice I got a third floor apartment that was dirty no hot water was very unsatisfied and disappointed"
"Upon arrival. The receptionist didn’t have our reservation. Then the person in charge of the apartment said they never received a booking from Expedia and that our reserved apartment was occupied by another guest. Leaving us without a place to stay in the middle of nowhere since the location is not very ideal either. "
