"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First of all, the hygiene conditions were far from acceptable. The room did not feel clean, and the air quality was quite poor, making the stay uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the attitude at check-out. The staff were very cold and unwelcoming, which left a really bad final impression. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hote"

"The pool and the Spa treatment were great. It was a new experience having the sauna in a private room away from the Spa area. I had a really enjoyable stay. Staff and the restaurant food was pleasant. I really enjoyed the cognac collection at the bar. Loved the artwork on the premises. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes somewhere quiet to getaway for a few days."

"Located across the road from Gare De Lille station for local connections and only a 5 min walk from Euro Lille if getting the Eurostar. Staff are pleasant. Rooms are well maintained with comfy beds and a nice shower. L’Occataine shower products. Tea and coffee facilities are provided on the first floor throughout the day. Great breakfast. This was our second stay here and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Rosa. "
