"This was a beautiful resort with very beautiful views and the staff that severed us were very nice and helpful. The only complaints I have are there was hair in the tub and on the floor. Also the AC did not get past 22 Celsius and we asked for a different room or maintenance to fix it and the maintenance guy just turned the fan all the way up which didn't help."

"I am definitely staying here again. Rooms were clean and kept up. Staff was great and easy to work with. Great massage area to"

"Love the place and the part of the beach but I wish we would’ve been warmed that it was under construction."

"This place is beautiful has amazing views the staff is amazing at all times courteous and always with a smile. The rooms very clean and great amount of space. The food was amazing as well so much variety. I like how convenient it is to have a person help you book your excursions. The whole time I was there loved how they checked to see if the water In the pool was good and everytime it was clean as well as the property grounds very well kept. Overall I highly recommend best experience ever....

"El personal en general muy amable y atento"

"La propiedad tiene una excelente ubicación frente a Playa Caracol, 2 cuadras Playa Forum. Chedraui a unos pasos y Oxxo. Las habitaciones cómodas y con lo necesario, tienen barra libre es lo mejor y el personal muy atentos. La alberca bastante grande y buen espacio en el Roof Garden. Si vuelvo y con más días. Saludos."
