Bonne adresse pas loin du centre

Tres bien, la chambre est suffisante quoique legerement petite autour du lit, l'ascenseur meriterait d'être rénové pour cause de fonctionnement bruyant, heureusement il est coupé la nuit. Les casiers à ski manquent de lumière ! Nous avons grandement apprécié le buffet du petit déjeuner excellent et variés, avec de bons produits ! Notre repas du soir etait tres bon, en particulier la fondue

Vraiment déçus

Etions-nous en montagne dans un hôtel 3 étoiles entre Noel et le jour de l'an ???? Aucune décoration à l'extérieur, un malheureux salon de jardin à l'entrée avec des coussins complètement déchirés, à l 'intérieur un chétif sapin artificiel agrémenté de quelques boules défraichies et qui faisait peine à voir ...3 pauvres suspensions accrochées au comptoir de la réception : comme c'est triste et ca ne fait pas rêver ! Pas de musique au bar ni pendant le réveillon, une volonté manifeste de ne créer aucune ambiance accueillante, rien de joyeux encore plus pour cette période !!!! Si vous n'aimez pas les ambiances chaleureuses c'est un lieu qui vous satisfera à merveille par l' accueil professionnel et froid qui vous est fourni par un personnel au demeurant compétent mais qui semble malheureusement suivre des consignes qui ne sont pas dignes de ce qui peut être attendu à ce niveau avec les prix qui y sont pratiqués. Une salle de bain miniature et mieux vaut ne peut être trop enveloppé ni trop grand si vous voulez vous installer confortablement sur les toilettes.

les + : le petit déjeuner, la piscine, le service, la literie, pe parking les - : l'accès au SPA payant, j'avais un chambre communicante avec un isolement phonique très faible. Avec la télé quasi tout le temps allumé dans l'autre chambre.

Sejour tres agréable dans un bel hotel mais une chambre un peu exiguë.. personnel tres à l ecoute. Soins parfaits avec une masseuse tres gentille et tres professionnelle. Manque des places de parking et notre voiture a ete abîmée durant la nuit. Dommage pour conclure le week-end.

comfortable and friendly Atmosphere

Receptionist was friendly and competent, and she had a great sense of humour. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Bon accueil et bonne situation géographique

Séjour weekend août 2020 , accueil très agréable mais la propreté dans la chambre laisse à désirer , et il faut espérer que vos voisins d'a côté et au dessus de votre chambre ne soient pas trop bruyant car chaque bruit est audible ... Et Le jacuzzi hors service ... Tarif beaucoup trop élevé pour cette chambre en conclusion .

I ate with my kids there the 1st night. My youngest boy is 6 and was really hungry. It took over 50 mins to bring chicken and chips out. He was really tired by this point as we’d been travelling all day. The waiters reply was , we have a few more guests in than normal. It was roughly half full. The hotel itself was ok. Very clean rooms which was great. I probably wouldn’t stay there again though.
