"We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc.
If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so...

"Eerder onpersoonlijk business hotel, zwembad is echt mini, bijna grote badkuip of jacuzzi maat. Gasten die naar betalende rooftop kwamen konden op elk verdiep uitstappen en naar kamers gaan en in gangen dwalen, niet echt veilig! Ontbijt wel heel goed!!! Goede ligging, aan overkant straat Valenbisi halte, wel geen metro in de buurt."

"The room is very small but luckily we had a small terrace to relax it. It was comfortable . There is no coffee machine in the room but they do offer a breakfast buffet if you wish or coffee shops and Bakey are nearby . They do have a fridge . It is an old building but charming. Parking is very limited and tight but secure. Good restaurants are 30 min walk."

"The staff are great, had to swap rooms 3 times and the sorted it out asap. The hotel is nice. The rooms are not 4 stars. Mouldy grouting in the bathrooms and i went to 3 different rooms and saw the same grouting issue in all of them. Im a light sleeper and found it difficult to sleep, once the cleaners were cleaning the rooms around me, lots of knocking into the walls and into the doors. The rooms were cleaned really well.
The pool doesn't get any sunlight till mid afternoon and i amongst...

"The hotel messaged before our arrival to say they would make our stay special and they did. We can't thank them enough. The room was lovely and the staff attentive. Breakfast offered a good choice too.
The hotel is located centrally so sights are all walkable and there are numerous restaurants nearby. The hotel is located on a busy street but we found the room quiet.
We recommend a stay and we don't think you will be disappointed."

"Location was great. Needed better signage for the hotel. Name not clearly displayed.
Also not given information to sign on to wifi. Either at the reception desk or in the room.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Hotel room was very clean. Only negative was the shower head. Which was in need of replacing. Corrosion!"

"Es una buena opción para descansar después de un día de actividad en Valencia. Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas. No se escucha el ruido de la calle y las persianas permite obscurecer suficiente la habitación. El desayuno es razonable en relación al precio. Definitivamente, volvería a hospedarme aquí "
