everything is so good, room is nice and clean.

Great location as located opposite to the main Hakata Station. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and are very attentive.

This was truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Japan. I have visited Japan dozens of times in many cities and towns, and Shiroyama is really so perfect at everything. We got a family room and it was very spacious with the view of Sakurajima volcano. There was so much room spread out between the 4 beds. And the beds were so comfortable. They use such high quality linens and duvets. The bathroom was big enough but not huge, truthfully I almost never showered in the room as the hotel...

Natural hot spring and near station it’s very comfortable
