"A truly hospitable property. I wish hotels were like this. Everything you could possibly need was available to you including hair straighteners and charging cables. Breakfast was self serve which means you make your own toast and eggs is you like and was perfect. While i don't think this style is for everyone, i absolutely loved it. "Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought it’s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "
