"Staff is very helpful and friendly. Check in service is fast and easy. This hotel is well connected to three shopping malls - Millenia Walk, Marina Square and Suntec City. You can find everything by staying covered. The property itself has started to get dated with some older plumbing fixtures. But the shower is very comfortable and it comes with three different shower heads. I will recommend this hotel to other travellers."

"We were given keys to a room with people already in the room. We walked in on them. It was a bad experience. We went back to reception and we were given another room. Room sizes are pretty small but decently clean. Staff was very nice though. "

"Great location to river view restaurants, shopping mall, Boat Quay, and Chinatown. Would suggest getting the breakfast added to your stay. It has a wide selection and is reasonably priced. We would stay here again!"

"Staff as the greatest asset. Polite, friendly and helpful. Good location and nice pool deck on roof, though it could do with a bit of TLC. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just need better facilities in room such as a Nespresso machine or similar - would expect in hotel of this class/price. "
