"Terrible breakfast selection Dirty pool chairs Dirty food plates and empty drinks left around the tables at the pool Tiny bathroom - deluxe room However massive room with useless amount of space Uncomfortable beds and terrible pillows"

"Nice place great price"

"The staff are amazing!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ayu and Matt for making my stay more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good selection, and the bar was a nice place to relax. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay at Fairfield Bali."

"Clean room, amazingly friendly staff, great location Will definitely stay here again"

The bathroom was very old with dis colored tiles with Mildew in the corners it looked dirty and needing updating (Photos available ) After staying overnight (as had no choice because it was so late) I asked if I could get some refund so I could get another hotel they said no as...

"Pool, staff great."
