The Sandi Phala is a small intimate resort which is a quiet secluded oasis in a busy area, hence you are close to everything but can escape into the peace and tranquility that is the Sandi Phala.

We ended up at the Sandy Phala because of needing to arrive to Bali a day earlier because of a flight cancellation. The only thing we did not like about the place was the fact that we couldn’t stay for more than one night. It was absolutely amazing. The staff was very attentive. We definitely plan on revisiting and spending more time next time.

Our stay at The Sandi Phala was amazing, a small hotel, large rooms, and on the beach, the only downside was having to pay $25 Australian an hour for a late check out, we were leaving at 4 and their checkout time is 12. The staff were also fabulous.

Green Balinese oasis

The hotel has beautiful grounds, it is a small lush oasis. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the Balinese style gives it an authentic touch. It is only about 10min to the airport, which makes it a good destination to stay prior to early morning flights.

空港からほど近く、便利なクタエリアなのにウブドのような雰囲気が感じられるホテル。その分シャワーやトイレなど水回りの設備が使いにくい部分が多い印象です。ちなみにアメニティはロクシタンです◎徒歩5分の距離にあるショッピングモール地下のスーパーをよく利用しました。朝食はマジョリーにて海を眺めながら食べることができ、至福の時間が過ごせます。年末年始に泊まったのですが、大晦日にはレストランの落ち着いた雰囲気に合わない音楽を大音量で流して深夜2時まで大騒ぎしていたのが少し残念でした。宿泊客は団体客はおらず落ち着いた雰囲気の方が多かったので、もっとガムランなどを流したバリらしいイベントのほうが相応しいのでは…。従業員の方はとても親切でホテルの雰囲気も良かっただけに、この点だけ残念でした。利便性のいい場所でバリらしい造りのホテルに泊まりたいという方にはもってこいだと思います。

A little gem.

Quiet, great location, friendly and helpful staff, close to shops and downtown kuta and restaurants, small hotel with small number of rooms, breakfast over looking the beach each morning with a choice from 4 menus. Afternoon tea and cake if u choose, chocolates as part of your turn down service. Rooms cleaned each morning while you are enjoying breakfast. All the little things make u feel special and not just another hotel guest in a large hotel.

A wonderful place to stay for many reasons!

I give the Sandi Phala full stars! The room was as big as a house, in beautiful Balinese style with high thatched roof and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. The airport pickup was right on time, and the resort is only a 10-minute drive away. Breakfast each morning was provided, with a nice choice of well-prepared selections. The latte I had each morning was delicious, as was the French toast with strawberries. Mmm! The resort is small and cozy, with its own nice beach and swimming pool. It was a wonderful vacation getaway, and I recommend you try it! You won't be disappointed!

Lovely stay in Kuta! Highly recommended!

Beautiful and tranquil beach resort with Balinese style decor, located at the end of the back street, away from the noises of the main street. Not as many rooms and guests compared to some other bigger resort in Bali so you get full attention. Perfect for couples looking a place to chill and relax. We also enjoyed the restaurant, had both breakfast and dinner here, good food and vibe! Another plus is they offer free shuttle to/from the airport!

仕事と喧騒から離れられるひととき

空港から1km程度の徒歩圏内だがメインストリートからも奥まっていて、散歩道を挟んでビーチの砂浜が広がるたいへん閑静なエリア。敷地内は緑に溢れ、部屋数も多くないため、ひっそりのんびりと過ごすには絶好のリゾート。空港送迎サービスは個々に対応、日本語のできるスタッフもいて、アットホームな気遣いが心地よい。部屋にはスリッパではなくローカル色のサンダルが備えられていたが、使い回し感がちょっと気になった。

My partner and I stayed here for 10 days in the private pool suite. We found it to be a beautiful quiet place and didn't experience any major issues during our stay. It is tucked away down a lane-way from the main street, or accessible by walking along the beach. PROS Super quiet, very relaxed atmosphere, room is beautiful, walking distance to shops, banks and restaurants, short taxi ride (or long walk) into main beach, room is serviced twice a day, friendly staff NEUTRAL Restaurant food is delicious but very small portions and the menu is a bit outdated. Limited options for vegetarian or any other diet restrictions. Staff had trouble understanding requests to make changes to menu items. Private beach is clean and great to look at. There are dining tables on it but you can only eat there during dinner and have to reserve in advance. Private pool was also nice to look at, but the pool we had was completely covered by shade all day and was too cold to really swim in. We mostly swam in the main pool, which was beautiful and clean and usually empty.

The property is set in a lovely quiet section of beach and within walking distance of many amenities. We loved the huge bath and the room was comfortable. The restaurant was good for the free breakfast but seemed expensive for dinner and we decided not to eat there. We were also a bit disappointed that we couldn’t get a seat on the private beach in the day or evening because there were only four “tents”. Good stay overall, would stay again.

Amazing place! My bathroom was big enough to move into--beautiful inground, stone tub. Lovely private plunge pool! The big pool was gorgeous and quiet. Best part was the wonderful staff--amazingly helpful. Delicious breakfast. If you have to go to Kuta--this place rocks!
