It grew on me over the stay. Rooms are outdated and old but they have everything you need. The breakfast is great, the location is really good if you don't mind a bit of walking, the gym was really handy and the pools are stunning. Staff are lovely

Kuta town house appartments currently constructing a new building, but let that stop you from going here. Breakfast is adequate, eggs cooked to order. Main thing that make hotel enjoyable is the staff they are amazing, always greeting you when coming or going via reception. Pools are clean and there are four of them, each with different amounts of sun on them. Will stay here again.

We have stayed here several times. Roopms are clean, a little old, but for what you pay the space is gret with kids. Breakfast is fine, would love to see more fruit options, however it is perfectly fine. Staff are great and very friendly. It is close to the beach with a 7 minute walk throughh the back lanes.

Noise from the adjacent mega hotel construction by the Tata group, of which this hotel is connected, is 7 days per week and incessant. Also difficult to get cars/taxis willing to pickup due to very narrow back lanes. Rooms are excellent: large and clean. Good breakfast buffet. Aside from the lane narrowness the hotel location is optimal.

Great Family Hotel

It was very hard finding a good size 3 bed that can accommodate my big family and Kuta Townhouse just the perfect gem for me. There are indeed other more expensive options with smaller rooms and pool ( albeit closer to the beach ) however we decided to stay here and was not disappointed. Rooms are massive with bathroom each, big living room, kitchen, many options for swimming pools and the staff are just the most kind. We’ll definitely come back here when we plan to stay in Kuta next time!

Staff here were excellent. Very accommodating and helpful. Very nice size apartment especially for the price. Beach about 10 min walk and nightlife and shopping about 6 mins. Some small restaurants right beside property as well as indomart. Laundry next door also. Very convenient

We like the apartment location. Taxi drivers were asking more price to go there because of narrow roads. If you have more luggage then problem. Lifts are not working, property is in construction. Staff are very friendly, breakfast is excellent. Walkable to beach.

Bed hard, breakfast average, transport access - poor, staff not English, pool hours kids in there at 8 screaming closes at 11pm no one monitoring it, 10am was opening hrs, house cleaning done by young boys, something missing everyday.
