It's a motel. For a bit more, and to get so much better service and modern and clean facility, I would go to Ramada Encore in Seminyak.

Everything is just fine in this hotel . Excellent service, friendly staff, perfect room cleaning service , laundry etc . The only thing I can complain about is the fact that some guests left food trash by the swimming pool and nobody from the hotel looks to notice it, this happened in two different occasion

The staff was very nice. Their problem solving skills sucked. They would re-use the towels and when we did ask for new ones they smelled. Breakfast was not that great but it was $7 USD. They did not Give us toilet paper after the first day of arrival. It was great to wake up to pretty birds chirping. WiFi sucked.

Comfortable, clean and good value for money.

Comfortable and clean place. Very good for lock-up and go and provides a good place to rest afterwards as it is quiet, but at the same time it offers all the necessary conveniences like the clean swimming pool, a decent spa, good room and laundry service and a restaurant. Many places in Australia could learn from this hotel how to keep a place clean. Remember where in the World you are though and don't expect not to have a single dripping tap for example. The staff are friendly and honest - my daughter forgot to lock up her iPad a few times and it was there every time when we got back, what I can't say of some other countries in Asia I visited. The location is not ideal for a beach lover but very central for exploring. We had a pre-booked driver every day, but saw that there were always drivers available in front of the hotel and they have a good airport pick-up service. We have made another booking at the same hotel for our next stay in Bali.

Hotel a bit drab but lovely staff

The hotel was way off the beaten track as per promoted. The place is tired and the cost of drinks and food is over the top considering its location. The staff although were so friendly and helpful but did have some English shortfalls.... nothing sign language couldn't fix. Different matter though when trying to explain something on the phone. The access to the local gym, which I might add is brilliant and the breakfasts were good except at the egg counter which would become bedlam at times.All in all value for money it is just ok. I thought the hotel was a bit drab but because we were having to visit a family member at the Siloam hospital daily it was handy for that. Would only recommend to a friend if visiting the hospital yet there are other hotels close by which looked better.

Simple, clean and worth the money.

I like the comfortable beds, the clean sheets and good air conditioning. This is the second time we've stayed at Harrison Hotel. We only use the hotel room to sleep in and to have a quick swim - the rest of the time we are out and about, so all we really require is a clean, comfy room with hot water and a good breakfast awaiting us. I like the happy, fresh decor, the clean towels and the friendly, smiling staff. The breakfast selection is very varied - even picky eaters can easily find something appetising. The location of the Kuta Harrison hotel is nice for a couple of reasons: it's sort of tucked away as it's not on the main road, so it's a bit quieter at night. It's also close to the supermarket (Carrefour) and the Galleria. It's not that close to the beach, but that isn't one of our requirements seeing as we live near a beach at home. In a nutshell, I'd say this hotel is suited to people who'd rather spend less on the hotel and more on going out etc, but also don't want to "rough it". It's perfectly comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone who is not looking for 5 star luxury but still wants to feel special at a very reasonable rate.

休養に良いホテル

日本語のNHK 放送が見られる。ミスがあっても対応が速やか、部屋が十分広いなど、価格の割に長期滞在に向いている。表通りまで200m以上あり、コンビニや外のレストランは少し歩く。ビーチは徒歩圏でなく、ビーチリゾートには向いていない。毎朝9時に洗濯物の事で訪問が有り不快。

ホテル予約時にクレジット番号等入れたが。その際引き落としのためでなく、予約確定のためと言うことであったが、現地でのチェックイン時に、すでに支払いは済んでいると言うことで、結局クレジットから支払われたということであった。このような事前情報の誤りはなくして欲しい。

Sangat mengecewakan. Chek in baru bisa dilakukan jam 4.30 pm.dgn alasan laundry belum datang !!!. Kamar mandi banjir setelah di buat mandi. Pada saat komplaint kamar mandi banjir petugas datang 30 mt kemudian itupun sampai di call 3x.

Facilities are great, but the room was a let down.

Perhaps it was just the room I was in, but my safe and fridge didn't work. There was a small kitchenette, but no cutlery or crockery to use. The bathroom flooded when I showered each time.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately the pool is in shade. Breakfast is ok but there is no bar area. Cafe not restaurant with very limited menu. My room was near to their breakfast cafe where they play music from 6.30 am! Too far from anywhere to walk. Need to get cabs. Very friendly helpful can B at hotel though.

Good location in regards to close to the airport & beaches in a taxi you can afford. Air con is amazing in the room. Pool is a good size, never crowded. Access to the gym is amazing.

Not a good conference hotel

As a conference venue the hotel services were poor. No staff during bfast & food not replenished. Room quality & cleanliness not good. Will not recommend the hotel. Disappointing one nite. Paid for 3 nites but only stayed 1 nite & checked out.

リラックスするには良い

サンセットロードから歩いて４－５分程度ホテル周辺は何もないですがホテルから歩いて１２－３分程度の所にカルフールがあり日用品調達には便利です。今回飛行機が遅延し朝方到着したのですが、フロントの方に予約はあるの？と怪訝そうに言われ予約した部屋が１ベットルームだったにもかかわらずスタンダードの部屋に通されてしまいましたのでスタンダードの部屋の感想としては至って普通といった部屋のサイズです。バスルームにはバスタブがありました。他のハリスグループのホテルはシャワーのみの所もあるのでこれは良かったです。プールやスパなどもありますしそれなりに綺麗なのでホテルの立地は関係なくただリラックスしたいならばよいと思います。

Confortable stay

仕事で3泊しました．部屋は明るく清潔でとても快適でした．NHKの番組も見ることができましたのも，ちょっとしたリラックスによかった点です．しいて言えば，カウンタータイプのデスクしか部屋になく，仕事で来ていたためデスクの使い勝手が悪かったですが，ホテルのスタッフも大変フレンドリーで，それ以外は何一つ不自由な思いをしませんでした．周りにあまりレストランがありませんが，ホテル内で飲食を済ませることもできます．ビーチからは離れていますが，この付近で仕事に来られる方にはおすすめできるホテルです．
